Yoga is eliminating the struggle between the best of me and the worst of me. That daily effort on my mat without which the innate weeds take over quickly. Daily weeding out my mind, heart and body, while making sure to allow for my eyes to remain soft to what comes up, looking again for a constructive seed when there is not much to latch onto. And then doing it again tomorrow. Day by day cultivating the awake yet humble, simple, low-key intimacy with fellow man, the world as a whole and myself upon which meaningfulness and the hearts contentment stands in my life.
Can you step back from your own mind and thus understand all things?
…the true self is in the middle of our chest, in our spiritual heart.
When you know that the power that is Life is inside you, you accept your own Divinity, and yet you are humble, because you see the same Divinity in everyone else.
